Hi From Your Guide 🙌
A decade of organizational work has taught me that the most profound systemic transformations begin with the subtlest internal shifts within individuals. While facilitating change across industries, I've witnessed how a single person's breakthrough in self-awareness can cascade through entire organizational networks. Yet paradoxically, these individual transformations never happen in isolation; they emerge through relationship, through being witnessed, through the quality of connection we create together. This understanding has led me to focus increasingly on individual coaching and group facilitation to recognize that personal depth work, when held within a supportive relationship, becomes the catalyst for wider systemic change.
At the core of my methodology lies a simple yet profound premise: transformation happens through awareness, not force. Using Otto Scharmer's U Theory systemic change alongside Virginia Satir's approach of subtle humanistic change, I create containers where people can pause, sense into their deeper knowing, and access the wisdom that emerges when we stop trying to immediately solve our way out of complexity. This work asks leaders to trade certainty for curiosity, control for connection.
One of the deeper inquiries that emerge during my practice is: What if our most creative solutions emerge not from analysis, but from embodied sensing? Through practices like Social Presencing Theater and Contact Improvisation, I guide individuals and teams into ways of knowing that transcend traditional cognitive problem-solving methods (it's Body-Brainstorming!). These approaches cultivate presence, build trust through authentic encounter, and awaken our capacity to sense into collective wisdom. Transformation becomes less about having the right answers and more about developing the quality of attention that allows new possibilities to emerge.
